Offered today this MCM Tiffany & Co Makers Sterling Silver Leaf Heart Candy Nut Dish, Trinket/Serving tray. The dish rest on the base and two raised feet and measures approx. 6" x 4" in good vintage condition. This is a perfect size for multiple uses like a candy or nut serving dish or a dresser jewelry ring tray. Like most Tiffany & Co. silver pieces this is a heavy and solid sterling dish that weighs 4.6oz (131 grams). The back side is marked with the Tiffany & Co Makers Sterling hallmark and #22885. The dish has a shiny silver surface all over and as such does show some light scratches from use (see last pic) and storage as would be expected on used pieces of this age. It would benefit from a professional polishing however I NEVER BUFF OR USE MACHINE POLISHING and always leave a final polishing decision to the buyer. I have included several quality pictures so please review all pictures as they should be considered an integral part of descriptions. This would make a nice conversation piece for parties and get togethers or could also be used as dresser jewelry tray.
