Helicopter Gunships - Assault Helicopter
4th Aviation Battalion - US ARMY
Measures - 3.4 x 3.4 inches (8.5 x 8.5 cms)
Company A arrived in Vietnam pour of Fort Lewis, 11 September 1965, served with the 1st Cavalry Division, Airmobile.
Remained of battalion arrived in Vietnam out of Fort Lewis, 25th of April 1966 as part of the 4th Infantry Division (Poison Ivy) and was joined by Company A.
Battalion consisted of two Airmobile Companies (Troop Insertion and Combat Support) and an Air Cavalry Troop (Attack helicopter).
All units departed Vietnam, December 1970.
