    Description

    This is an 8 inch sterling sandwich plate (X785) in the Florentine Lace (1951) pattern by Reed and Barton.  There are NO monograms or engravings.  The plate actually measures 8 1/4 inches across and 1/2 inch high, and it weighs 154 grams of sterling silver.  The plate is in Very Good Used Condition with the light marks of pleasant use.  Nothing is known of the history of this piece, but it was given a nice shine with a polishing cloth.
