Fine English silver covered vegetable dish with hallmarks of William Esterbrook of London, England. W
eight of 77.22 troy ounces. Different maker on the handle, butler must have mixed up the handle with a different piece while removed for polishing, common for silver of this period.
Age
- Date letter for 1822
Size
-
Approximately 5 + 1/2 inches tall to the top of the handle by 12 + 5/8 inches by 9 + 1/2 inches.
Condition
- We find no issues other than a ghost outline on the underside of the lid of the circle where the handle mounts, again common for these pieces, no monograms,
