Awaiting your purchase is this unusual sterling silver dish / bowl with a wonderful British Trade Dollar coin depicting Britannia with trident, and the remainder of the bowl w/ sharkskin and raised bamboo embellishments. This special item remains in Excellent condition, (see condition report above), and bears no monogram.
Appraiser Notes: This lovely sharkskin (stippled) background with a raised bamboo design surrounds a 1930 one dollar British Trade Coin, minted, most likely, in Bombay India, but we are not numismatists. These coins were minted in order to promote trade between these two nations and are made of coin silver. They depict Britannia with her trident. Just lovely!
