The dish is marked, “ BVLGARI in a rectangle; SB in a rectangle ( Sotirio Bulgari);  BESCo in a shield ( Maker’s Mark – Barker, Ellis Silver Co.); Anchor – Birmingham; Lion Passant – Sterling; Script Letter O in an octagon – Date Mark -1988

couple very tiny scratches on bottom, hard to see
