For your consideration is this Elegant and Stunningly Beautiful Vintage Sterling Silver and Crystal Glass Wine Coaster in excellent used condition.
Botticelli by Frank M. Whiting & Co (discontinued in 1949) - they are extremely rare!
Beautifully designed and decorated by Frank M Whiting for his Botticelli Sterling Silver Collection this vintage wine coaster is featuring a crystal base with a large engraved sunburst flower and a solid sterling silver rim beautifully decorated with a floral design and acanthus leaf accents. Raised beading accent all around the inner edge makes this vintage coaster look so classic.
There is a hallmark stamp that says “Frank M. Whiting & Co. Sterling 4 Pat Pending”. Frank M. Whiting & Company was active from 1878 to 1940.
This attractive creation from Frank M. Whiting of New York remains in excellent used vintage condition with minor signs of use and age, no damage or repairs. no monogram. What more could you ask of this lovely coaster made by a silver "giant" for your table or bedside. Beautiful!
