Antique 1910s Arts & Crafts Sterling Silver Wine Coaster Signed "A"

Description

We are pleased to present an Arts & Crafts sterling wine coaster, 6" diameter at lip, 4.625" diameter at base. Signed "A" on base and STERLING. Nice Arts & Crafts style woven band with three small grape clusters around the outside.
Very well done piece, very solid.
Very nice condition, some light bumps to silver, a touch of old silver polish is visible in the wood base. Total weight is 8.97-ozt; I estimate there are about 3 troy ounces of silver here. A really wonderful piece, likely made by a Boston-area silversmith, whose mark is unfortunately not known to me.
